Accommodation at Villa Anna
Overview
Villa Anna is a three-level house: the main entrance is from the seaside road to the ground level with a floor above and another one below it that opens to a fully equipped seafront yard with direct access to the sea water. All three levels are serviced by a spacious 6-person elevator and an interior staircase. The house features a state-of-the-art alarm system with motion sensors in each room and exterior cameras that provide complete privacy for you while scanning the outer borders of the house.
Ground Level
The main entrance to the house from the seafront road opens into a spacious dayroom, and a bedroom with bathroom.
The stylish sitting room has ample sitting space, comfortable sofas and a writing desk. The private verandah that looks out to the stunning view of the islet and sea connects the day room to the bedroom.

Top Level
This is where the two main spacious bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms are. You will love spending time there as both bedrooms have a panoramic sea view over a spacious balcony with a table and deckchairs for endless lazy hours under the sun. In each bedroom there are 2 king-size beds that can be turned into 2 single beds upon request and built-in large closets.
Each bedroom has Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, safe deposit box, iron board and steam iron, air-condition unit and baby cot.
The first bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, scales, bathrobes & slippers.
The second bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer, scales, bathrobes & slippers.
The Beachfront Level
You will absolutely adore this part of the house with its cozy yard that opens to the sandy beach and the crystal clear sea water. Endless summer slacking in comfortable deckchairs, just a few feet away from the tempting sea.
This part of the house is the true family experience: a second sitting room with a beautifully constructed fireplace, comfortable, snuggly chairs, a large flat screen TV with DVD and sound speakers, is where you will have endless quality and relaxing time with your children or friends.
Our cozy kitchen will be the everyday hub for your family or friends where you will enjoy your breakfast and –if you wish- prepare a hearty dinner of your choice.
